Took in my Chevy truck to have it looked at. Guy is an honest professional about the work that will need to be done. He doesn't beat around the bush and make up issues. He stands by his work. He is easy to work with. I will be recommending him for any future work.

Called them told them what my daughters car was doing It drives a little then won’t go . They said they would pick up vehicle n do a free check and let me know problem just for them to just call me and tell me the same thing I told them it was doing and tell me if I want them to take transmission off it would be 600 but don’t know price of repair and I would have to pay 600 automatically but repair price was unknown. I tell them I would just go get vehicle get there and they tell me i have to pay 85 for towing I live three blocks away I could have took it myself 🤦‍♀️ They did not tell me anything at first About no $85 They got me alright never will do business with them.. Horrible

I took my friend to Corpus Christi to pick up her medicines at the base since she doesn’t drive out of town. I had an accident with a yellow concrete barrier and thought that I had damaged my radiator since the stranger that helped me get my car unstuck said that it was leaking. My friend and I are both from out of town and wasn’t sure where to go. We found General AutomaticTransmission. They put my car up on the rack to check for the leak and thank God they didn’t find one. They even test drove it to make sure that my car was safe to drive back home, since we were over an hour away from home. They were very kind and professional, even though I was an emotional wreck. They didn’t try to take advantage of us even though we are both women, like some places would do. I would highly recommend these people and their company. My friend and I thank God that we found these honest and kind people. Thank you so much General Automatic Transmission.

NOTE: Account was fixed and money reimbursed by company. Lisa contacted me and all was explained and she contacted company, she was very professional about it. My grandson took his truck and it was never touched for over a month if not more. It was excuse after excuse. I got on an easy pay plan with a company and they submitted to them that they worked on truck when it was never touched. Snap has been trying to get a hold of them and they don't answer to see why they submitted over a thousand dollars in work. This is fraud . Lisa was the person that was told truck was being picked up and not to work on truck. And it was picked up and removed from their property and taken elsewhere. .
